Palm Springs Elopement

I met up with Yolanda and Aldair in the beautiful Palm Springs to capture some bridal photos and I have to say it was one of my favourite shoots to date.

We had planned to head to the windmills for the session and we were prepared for it to be windy…. but when we arrived it was nothing like we’d ever experienced before.

Never the less we agreed that the shoot must go on and embrace the “wind swept look” which we very much did.

We ended up getting a beautiful range in lighting with some cloudiness, to sun rays peaking through to full on sunshine.

At the end of the shoot we popped some champagne to celebrate their marriage and headed home to shower the sand out of our hair.

I can’t wait to travel back to Palm Springs soon to hopefully capture another amazing couples love story.
